Join us for a truly special and intimate evening as Tim Ward brings his beautiful artisan wines to Cara Bistro. Tim’s wines are finely finessed, delicate, delicious, complex, and refreshing. A true expression of grape and place.

The evening will showcase varieties such as Fiano, Greco, and Vermentino, each paired with dishes inspired by traditional Italian countryside cooking, crafted by Cara’s chef-patron, Max. Expect low lights, candlelit tables, the gentle clink of glassware, and plenty of happy faces.
